1. Refunds and Cancellations

  • To request a refund or cancel an order, you must contact us directly via THE submission form above. Refunds or cancellations cannot be processed without prior written notice through this method.

2. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Filing a charge dispute with your financial institution does not constitute a valid cancellation or refund request. Disputes may impede our ability to process refunds or cancellations, as it restricts access to the necessary tools. Therefore, we will continue to fulfill and ship your order to completion even if a dispute is filed.

3. Return of Items
